Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Clinical Support Worker to join the 0-19 school health teams in Merton, delivering the Healthy Child Programme with strong clinical and communication skills.

You will provide clinical support to the school health team, assist with the NCMP health promotion programme, and contribute to safeguarding initiatives under Working Together to Safeguard Children. The role is fixed-term and term-time only.

Qualifications

• Providing clinical support to the school health team, by undertaking duties as delegated by the Team Lead/School Nurse, in support of the delivery of commissioned school health service.
• Contributing to the delivery of the health promotion programme and National childhood Measurement Programme (NCMP) for the school health service in line with the Healthy Child Programme and local service specifications.
• Contributing to the delivery of Working Together to Safeguard Children (2018), including improving health and life chances for children and families and safeguarding those at risk.
