Job summary

Complete Classroom Services Ltd is seeking an experienced School Business Manager to join a school on a long-term supply basis, with potential to go permanent. The role covers finance, HR, health and safety, and administration to support the leadership team.

You will oversee budgets, monitor expenditure, support HR processes, ensure health and safety compliance, and supervise the front office and SIMS-based administration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a School Business Manager role or similar school business/finance/operational management position.
• Experience overseeing school finances and budgets.
• Knowledge of HR administration and health & safety procedures.
• Proficiency in SIMS and front-office administration management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance and budgets, financial planning and expenditure monitoring.
• Oversee HR administration and recruitment support.
• Manage health and safety arrangements and documentation.
