Qualifications

• Trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, physically fit, conscientious and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ideally, good DIY skills, some knowledge of Health & Safety, basic IT skills and safeguarding understanding.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estates Team with care of academy premises: general maintenance, minor repairs and refurbishment, porterage and other duties.
• Support Facilities Manager to ensure health and safety and security of a busy academy.
