Leigh Academies Trust is recruiting two experienced Facilities Managers to join the Estates team at Leigh Academy Blackheath. You will lead premises management, ensure compliance and maintain safe, fit-for-purpose facilities, with a focus on supporting learning environments.

The role requires Health and Safety knowledge, effective communication and a flexible approach to cover events and holidays. Salary includes London Weighting and benefits within a supportive MAT network.

Qualifications

• Previous premises management experience.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety essential.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Facilities Assistants.
• Work with the Estates Service Delivery Manager to maintain safe, compliant facilities.
• Ensure compliance and that facilities are safe and fit for purpose.
• Oversee maintenance and care of Leigh Academy Blackheath.
• Cover events and holidays as required.
