Qualifications

• Previous experience as a facilities officer in a school.
• Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out basic maintenance and minor repair work.
• Assist with site inspections and report defects.
• Keep school buildings, grounds, and car parks clean and tidy.
• Empty bins, remove litter, and assist with seasonal grounds maintenance.
• Support the opening and closing of the school site.
• Conduct basic security checks and report concerns.
• Assist with fire alarm testing and emergency procedures.
• Set up rooms and facilities for school events and activities.
• Support contractors and respond to staff maintenance requests.
