Job summary

Trinity High Academy in Manchester is seeking a qualified or experienced maintenance professional to supervise and carry out building, grounds and sports facility upkeep.

You will support the Facilities Manager, perform site security, repairs, preventative maintenance and health and safety compliance, and liaise with contractors to keep the school well presented and safe for 1500 students aged 11-18. This permanent post offers a friendly working environment in a highly regarded school.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance and porterage duties.
• Skills in joinery and/or plumbing trades.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Well organized with adaptable positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Site security and facilities maintenance.
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
