Hilltop Primary Academy is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee the smooth running of the school premises in Ashbourne. You will maintain a safe, secure, well‑presented environment for staff and pupils, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with health and safety checks.

The role includes opening/closing duties and responding to emergencies as required. As part of the school team, you’ll support activities by setting up spaces and working closely with the leadership

Qualificações

• Proactive, reliable and hands-on individual.
• Strong practical maintenance and DIY skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage compliance checks confidently.
• Organised, able to work independently and use initiative.
• Excellent communication with staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day site maintenance, repairs and grounds upkeep.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and statutory checks are carried out.
• Manage site security, including opening and closing premises and emergencies.
• Support setup of spaces for school activities.
• Work with leadership to meet the site needs of the school community.
