Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, site or estates management.
• Strong organisational skills and practical approach.
• Ability to lead and support others and build relationships within the school community.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day site team operations and activities.
• Support health and safety compliance across the site.
• Manage contractors and budgets for the site.
• Ensure maintenance, compliance, security, cleaning, servicing and site development are well planned and delivered to a high standard.
• Work closely with the Business Manager, senior leaders, Site Team and external contractors.
