OFG Education is seeking a proactive Site & Facilities Manager for Hendon Prep. You will lead the management, maintenance and future development of the school estate, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for students and staff.

Reporting to the Headteacher, you will oversee compliance, maintenance programmes, contractor management and capital projects, while supporting daily operations and school events, including minibus driving where required.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, premises, estates or site management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing contractors, maintenance programmes and site projects.
• Excellent organisational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Practical maintenance skills and a hands-on approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsabilités

• Lead the management and maintenance of the school site, buildings and grounds.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, fire safety and statutory regulations.
• Manage planned preventative maintenance and oversee reactive repairs.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and service providers, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Deliver site improvement, refurbishment and estate development projects.
• Maintain accurate compliance, maintenance and risk management records.
• Manage facilities budgets and site resources effectively.
• Oversee specialist learning environments and technical equipment.
• Support school events, educational visits and operational activities, including minibus driving where required.
