The Heights Blackburn, part of Education Partnership Trust, is seeking a Site Supervisor to start ASAP. The role is full-time (37 hours per week, negotiable) year-round, with duties including site cleaning oversight and security, routine maintenance, and first-line repairs.

The successful candidate will manage in-house inspections, health and safety checks, and report issues to senior staff. A proactive, hands-on approach is essential.

Formación

• Experience in site supervision and routine maintenance.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and oversee cleaning and readiness of school areas.
• Ensure building security, including opening/closing for the day, meetings and maintenance.
• Maintain equipment and undertake routine repairs.
• Carry out in-house inspections/tests and keep records for legal compliance.
• Report concerns to the Head Teacher/School Business Manager.
