Job summary

Professional Personnel Management Ltd is seeking a hands-on Site Manager to oversee general site operations for Equans at a school. You will be the primary point of contact for site activities, ensure security, manage contractor access, and lead safety initiatives on a day-to-day basis.

The role includes maintaining documentation, conducting toolbox talks, and performing routine maintenance, including fire alarm testing, L8 checks, and meter readings, while upholding high customer service

Qualifications

• General site management responsibilities and front-facing customer service attitude.
• Ability to ensure building security and manage access.
• Experience coordinating external contractors on site with adherence to H&S.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site visitor book and sign-ins for contractors.
• Carry out safety incidents reporting and toolbox talks.
• Supervise external contractors and issue access permits.
• Carry out routine and reactive maintenance as directed by Site Manager.
• Perform monthly meter readings and basic repairs as required.
• Conduct fire alarm and L8 testing as scheduled.
• Complete overtime as required and maintain company documentation.
