King's Academy Easthampstead Park is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to oversee safety, security, and day-to-day operation of the school premises. You will deputise for the Site Manager, coordinate the Site Team, and manage daily workloads, with keyholder duties and alarm operations on a rota.

You will handle repairs, heating and lighting, routine checks, and ensure safety policy compliance. You may assist with lettings, events, contractor liaison, and safeguarding remains a core priority.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or a strong desire to learn on the job.
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety practices is a plus.
• Flexible and proactive approach to day-to-day operations.

Responsabilités

• Deputise for the Site Manager and help coordinate the Site Team and workloads.
• Handle keyholder duties including opening/locking and alarm operations on a rota.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure a quick, controlled response.
• Oversee day-to-day repairs, heating/lighting, routine checks, and safety compliance.
• Assist with school lettings, events, deliveries, porterage, and contractor liaison.
