ISC Group is seeking a diligent Estates and Facilities caretaker to support the school site with caretaking, maintenance, and driving duties. The role covers Reed’s School and Ripley Court School, requiring a 40-hour week on a rota that includes weekends.

The successful candidate will assist with security, health and safety, and event setup, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment for pupils and staff.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facilities maintenance preferred.
• Clean driving licence required.
• Willingness to work weekends on a rota basis.

Aufgaben

• Set out and put away furniture and equipment for events and exams.
• Carry out car parking duties for school events.
• Drive the school minibus for staff and pupils as required.
• Identify and report maintenance issues to the Site Operations Manager.
• Respond to emergencies and breakdowns as needed.
• Assist with security during and outside normal hours and lock/unlock buildings.
