Job summary

All Saints' RC High School in Lossiemouth is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the school site, overseeing security, caretaking and cleaning, and ensuring facilities are ready to support daily teaching and activities.

The role reports to the Operations Manager, with emphasis on maintenance planning, repairs, contractor liaison and event preparation to maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment for pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the school site, including security, caretaking and cleaning.
• Identify and prioritise maintenance needs and coordinate repairs.
• Support statutory health and safety compliance and manage contractors on site.
• Provide practical technician support to the Design Technology teacher, helping prepare, organise and maintain equipment and materials for lessons.
• Help prepare the school for events, lettings and activities beyond the normal school day.
• Be a key point of contact for premises-related matters.
