Job summary

Leigh Academies Trust is seeking two experienced Facilities Managers to join our Estates team at Leigh Academy Blackheath and other sites. The roles include overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of academy premises and working as part of a supportive Estates team.

The posts offer a friendly, proactive work environment with training opportunities, mileage allowance for site travel, paid overtime, and a generous Local Government Pension Scheme. On-site parking is available at every site.

Leigh Academies Trust has a fantastic opportunity to appoint two experienced and knowledgeable Facilities Managers to join our Estates team, starting as soon as possible. Our successful candidates will have previous premises management experience, taking full responsibility for the care and maintenance of Leigh Academy Blackheath.

• 25 days annual leave per annum + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days + bank holidays based on 5 years' service
