Job summary

Lift Montgomery Primary is recruiting a School Facilities Manager to ensure the site is safe, secure and well-maintained, with two shift patterns and on-call duties. You will oversee cleaning, minor repairs, security and on-site contractors to support daily learning activities.

The role requires experience in premises or building management, a strong health and safety understanding, practical skills, and a full driving license with access to a vehicle for travel to sites and responding to calls

Qualifications

• Experience in premises, facilities, or building management with strong health and safety knowledge.
• Practical, organised and proactive attitude to maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to manage site security and coordinate on-site contractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, orderly school environment and carry out minor repairs.
• Manage site security and supervise on-site contractors to keep facilities fit for learning.
• Respond to on-call call-outs and support day-to-day school operations.
