• Leadership & collaboration: Work with SLT to manage school access, lunchtime logistics, and cleaning team supervision.
• Problem-solving & maintenance: Own repairs, contractor management, and health & safety compliance.
• Facilities management: Keep alarms, lighting, heating running smoothly and site welcoming.
• Development & growth: Learn new skills and share knowledge to achieve excellence.
