Position: School Facilities Manager

Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year

Role Overview

Are you passionate about creating a safe, secure, and welcoming school environment? We seek a proactive and dependable School Facilities Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our school. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the site, managing repairs, overseeing security, and supporting health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily site operations, including opening, closing, and security.
2. Perform minor repairs, maintenance, and DIY tasks.
3. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the school environment.
4. Set up spaces for events and activities.
5. Manage contractors and deliveries.
6. Assist with health and safety checks and record-keeping.
7. Respond promptly to site issues and emergencies.

Compensation and Benefits
