We’re looking for a dedicated School Facilities Manager to join our hardworking team at The Ridge Academy.
The role involves ensuring the school functions safely and effectively daily. You will be responsible for maintaining site cleanliness, overseeing minor repairs, moving items appropriately, and monitoring contractors on site. This role is vital to providing a safe and conducive learning environment and offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on young lives.
The Ridge provides a unique learning community, offering a “fresh start” for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health issues (SEMH). Our curriculum supports children in becoming confident, independent learners in a rapidly changing world.

Salary: NJC 12-17: £27,711 - £30,060 + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits
