Lincoln Minster School is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join the Estates Team. The role is 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, and involves hands-on maintenance across the school's buildings and grounds to keep facilities safe and well presented for pupils, staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have practical maintenance experience, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate tools and machinery safely.

Qualifications

• Practical maintenance experience is essential.
• Ability to operate tools and machinery safely.
• Full UK driving licence is essential; MIDAS training required for school minibus driving.

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance and site duties across the estate.
• Perform routine repairs, room set-ups and general building/grounds maintenance.
• Support portering tasks and compliance activities within the estate.
• Assist with site security, respond to emergencies and support adverse weather procedures.
• Maintain high standards and provide a professional service to the School community.
