As our Caretaker, you will work closely with the Site Manager to maintain buildings and grounds, open and close the site, undertake routine maintenance, health and safety compliance, and prepare rooms for lessons and events,

• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the academy buildings and secure the site.
• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and policy adherence.
• Prepare rooms and facilities for lessons, meetings, and events.
• Liaise with contractors and supervise on-site works.
