Qualifications

• Experience in premises or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs.
• Painting and decorating skills would be advantageous.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations.
• Approachable, organised, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
