Job summary

TBGS is seeking a proactive Property Services Engineer to join our school community in Torquay. You will maintain and enhance the buildings and grounds, delivering safe, functional spaces for students and staff.

Key duties include planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishments of learning spaces, upkeep of outdoor areas, and supporting sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives; a strong team player with a practical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in premises or facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of general plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and general repairs.
• Painting and decorating skills would be advantageous.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations.
• Approachable, organised, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
