Aspire People Limited is recruiting experienced School Maintenance Caretakers to support site teams in Birmingham, on a TEMPORARY basis across multiple Schools. The role includes general maintenance, litter picking, opening and closing duties, and working either full or part time with flexible hours.

There may be a path to a permanent contract in some schools, though not guaranteed, and you must be available to start immediately with the ability to work split shifts (e.g., 6:00–10:00 and

Qualifications

• Experience in school or building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to cover early and late shifts.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance and litter picking.
• Complete odd jobs as directed by supervisor.
• Open and close the school building.
• Work independently and with others to complete tasks safely.
• Set and manage alarms.
