Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting School Maintenance Caretakers for multiple schools across the Rugby area on a temporary basis. Roles available as full time and part time during the school year, with potential move to a permanent contract.

You will perform general maintenance, litter picking, light odd jobs, open/close duties, and assist with alarms. Flexibility with split shifts is required, and applicants must provide right to work documents and undergo an enhanced DBS process with a small fee.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance of the school and litter picking.
• Carry out odd jobs as directed by the supervisor.
• Open and close the school building.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks safely.
• Set alarms and ensure site security.
