Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Catering Assistant at Haybridge High School and Sixth Form in Stourbridge, DY8 2XS. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–2:30pm (32.5 hours per week) during term time (37 weeks per year).

You will join the catering team to provide friendly, efficient service, assist in food preparation, serve customers at the till, and keep kitchens and dining areas hygienic and safe. A DBS check is required; catering or retail experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Availability for term-time daytime hours (8am–2:30pm).

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service.
• Assist in preparing food and snacks for the site.
• Serve customers at the counter and operate the till.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
