Job summary

Responsibilities

• Have regard for the needs of pedestrians, including disabled users.
• Maintain regular contact with schools using the crossing.
• Assess risks at the crossing site and report problems to supervisor.
• Assist in reporting accidents and incidents at the crossing site.
• Keep uniform and equipment in good condition and request replacements as needed.
• Give clear signals to drivers and ensure pedestrians cross safely.
