• Demonstrates strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills to handle unexpected absences and shifting daily schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staff cover and supervise lessons in the absence of timetabled teachers.
• Liaise with supply agencies to secure high-quality cover staff at best value.
• Supervise classes to maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.
• Support classroom management and pupil wellbeing in daily operations.
