Job summary

PK Education Limited is seeking enthusiastic, experienced Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You’ll play an important role in keeping learning on track when teachers are absent, helping students stay focused and supported throughout the day.

Your role will include supervising classes, maintaining a calm environment, giving clear instructions, and collaborating with departments.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of one year's experience as a Cover Supervisor in a school.
• You can manage classrooms confidently and maintain positive behaviour.
• You communicate clearly with pupils and staff to support learning.
• You are dependable, adaptable and committed to helping students succeed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise classes across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring work set by teachers is completed.
• Maintain a calm, positive learning environment and manage behaviour.
• Give clear instructions and support students with their learning needs.
• Collaborate with subject departments and the wider school team as required.
• Follow school policies to ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
