Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded secondary school near Potters Bar to appoint a Cover Manager for their administration team, starting in September.

This role focuses on arranging internal cover, coordinating the timetable, and stepping in to cover lessons when needed, using teachers' pre-set work. Training and ongoing support will be provided by an experienced line manager.

Qualifications

• Organised, personable and able to work with staff across the school.
• Experience as Cover Supervisor or School Administrator preferred.
• Recent graduates seeking a first step into education are invited to apply.

Responsibilities

• Arrange internal cover and coordinate the day's timetable.
• Step in to cover lessons using teachers' pre-set work when needed.
