Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced cook to join our busy restaurant team at Ashcroft Technology Academy. Working under the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will be required to plan, prepare, and cook meals for students and staff.

Working Hours

1. Hours per week during term time (am to pm with a 30-minute unpaid break) or
2. Hours per week during term time (to be specified)

Flexibility between the hours above may be considered. Some paid overtime may be required on occasions.

Role Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the day-to-day preparation and cooking of meals using fresh ingredients to meet the needs of students and staff.
• Serving food during lunch service.

• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.

Candidate Requirements
