Job summary

Gordon's School is seeking a reliable Domestic Service Supervisor to join our busy Domestic Services team. The role covers day-to-day cleaning across boarding houses and other buildings, supporting operations during term time and holiday lettings.

You will report to the Domestic Services Coordinator and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard in a well-organised manner. We are looking for an experienced supervisor who can lead a team, maintain excellent cleanliness, and work independently

• Experience supervising a team in cleaning or housekeeping.
• Delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Organised, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive, flexible approach and a strong work ethic.
• Committed to providing excellent service in a school setting.

• Oversee cleaning duties across the School to a high standard.
