Job summary

Atlas is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor for a client site in Emersons Green, Bristol. The role is part-time, Monday to Friday 15:30–18:00 (44 weeks/year) with an hourly rate of £14.00. On-site work, you’ll learn the cleaning specification and work within Atlas’ award-winning team.

You will receive full training in your first week, on-site support, and opportunities for progression and development. A free uniform is provided, and you’ll join a team that values collaboration and delivering

Qualifications

• Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
• Enhanced DBS check completed.
• Two satisfactory references available.
• Existing legal right to work in the UK.
• Able to perform physical aspects of the role.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site to meet client needs and go the extra mile.
• Learn cleaning specification during first week of training.
• Deliver high standard of customer care across shifts.
• Handle site equipment and cleaning materials with training.
• Replenish consumables and manage waste disposal.
• Maintain high cleaning standards and health & safety.
