Job summary

Atlas is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team on client premises in Oxfordshire. You will learn the cleaning specification, operate equipment, and deliver a high standard of customer care. The role runs Monday to Friday, 16:00–18:45 for 43 weeks per year, with a monthly pay schedule.

An enhanced DBS check and references are required. We offer full training, a free uniform, and access to wellbeing benefits through our Stream platform.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning environments or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to follow cleaning specifications and safety procedures.
• Good communication and customer service at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Go the extra mile to meet client needs on site.
• Learn cleaning specifications and equipment during induction.
• Provide high standard of customer care and safety on site.
• Handle cleaning materials and replenish consumables as required.
• Maintain cleanliness to high standards and support health and safety.
