Job summary

Atlas Family is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning services for our client. You will deliver a high standard of customer care, train staff, manage shifts and ensure health and safety standards are met. The role offers full induction, ongoing learning and a supportive team culture.

We welcome applicants with cleaning experience and good English, and you must have an enhanced DBS check and two references. Atlas is UK-based and values its family ethos.

Qualifications

• Basic level of spoken English for communication on safety.
• Two satisfactory references required.
• An enhanced DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

• On-site supervision to meet client needs and deliver high-quality cleaning.
• Induction and week-1 training on Atlas cleaning standards.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across shifts.
• Handle site equipment and cleaning materials with proper training.
• Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
• Empty litter bins into waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.
