Responsibilities

• Maintain designated area to agreed cleanliness level and carry out daily, weekly, and periodic tasks.
• Ensure service is delivered efficiently and to a high standard; keep equipment clean and safe.
• Report maintenance needs identified during tasks; maintain security and adhere to safety policies.
• Develop knowledge of cleaning area, equipment, materials and chemicals used; set a professional example in conduct and appearance.
• Build positive relationships with customers and seek ways to improve service delivery.
