Job summary

Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Newman RC College Oldham OL9 9QY on a permanent basis. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a shift pattern 11:30am–8:00pm from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience of Cleaning is required.
• Experience of managing a small team of staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety in a school environment.
• Experience on a school contract preferred.
• Good understanding of SLAs and KPIs.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Act as hands-on lead and front line supervisor for the site cleaning team.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the school premises.
• Deliver a quality cleaning service in line with contractual SLAs.
