Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor for Witton Park Academy, BB2 6TD on a permanent, part-time basis (30 hours/week). Salary is £20,295.60 per annum.

Shift pattern is Monday to Friday with two shifts: 6:00–8:00 and 15:15–19:15, ensuring a hands-on leadership role on site. The role involves leading the cleaning team, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and delivering a quality service across the school premises.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cleaner.
• Experience in Managing a Team of Cleaners.
• At least one year's experience within customer focused environment.
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting.

Responsibilities

• To act as ‘hands on’ lead and front line Supervisor for the site cleaning team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the school premises is maintained and a quality service is delivered.
