Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Stockton and Yarm area is seeking a reliable School Cleaner to help maintain high cleanliness standards in partner schools. The role involves daily cleaning across classrooms, corridors and communal areas, with a focus on safety and hygiene.

You will use cleaning equipment safely, report issues promptly, and work as part of a team to keep the school a safe, welcoming environment for pupils and staff. Immediate start available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliability and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to purchase one.
• Be able to provide professional references for the last 2 years.
• Able to start immediately

Job Title: School Cleaner

Location: Stockton and Yarm

Hourly Rate: £14.25 - £16.25 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 3.15pm till 6.15pm (times may vary)
