Job summary

Berry Recruitment is hiring temporary School Cleaning Staff in Wigan. Hours are Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 6:30pm, with flexibility.

You will keep classrooms and common areas clean, report issues, and ensure high hygiene standards. Enhanced DBS clearance is required and online training for Food Hygiene, Allergen Awareness, Safeguarding and KCSIE must be completed (fees apply).

Berry Recruitment is hiring temporary School Cleaning Staff for schools in Wigan.

Hours: Monday to Friday 2.30pm - 6.30pm (with flexibility)

What You’ll Do:

• Keeping the school clean and safe by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing classrooms and common areas
• Report any damages or issues to management
• Check and replenish cleaning supplies
• Using cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the school

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS clearance (we can help you obtain this for £51)
• Completion of online training for Food Hygiene, Allergen Awareness, Safeguarding, and KCSIE (£10)
