Wrexham County Borough Council is seeking a reliable Cleaner for Ysgol y Rofft. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors in a school setting. The post is term-time only with permanent status, and requires an Enhanced DBS check.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, ensuring high cleanliness standards, and will report to the Headteacher. The council offers a supportive environment and development opportunities.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and shared areas
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting throughout the school
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities and replenishing supplies
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site
• Using cleaning equipment and materials safely and effectively
• Reporting maintenance issues and health and safety concerns to the appropriate member of staff
• Supporting the school in providing a safe, well-presented environment for all users of the building
