Tradewind Recruitment seeks a School Cleaner in Warrington to support a school site with cleaning classrooms, corridors, and facilities to a high standard. This role is part-time and term-time only.

You will join a friendly premises team, follow health and safety guidelines, and maintain a hygienic environment for students and staff. DBS check is required or applicants must be willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• A reliable, hardworking, and conscientious approach.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of hygiene and health and safety practices.
• A professional and positive attitude.
• A valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, corridors, offices, toilets, and communal areas
• Ensure areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Follow cleaning procedures and health and safety guidelines
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
• Report maintenance, damage, or health and safety concerns
• Work effectively as part of the school cleaning team
