Job summary

Tymberwood Academy in Gravesend is seeking a hard-working school cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe learning environment for our children and staff. You will join a team and perform a range of cleaning duties across the school.

This is a permanent part-time role with flexible hours to suit school needs. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience, teamwork, and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience of similar work.
• Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
• Ability to relate well to children and to adults.
• Good organising and prioritising skills.
• Ability to keep accurate cleaning records.
• Evidence of a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
• Ability to work flexibly to suit school needs.

Responsibilities

• You will work as part of a team, undertaking various cleaning duties throughout the school to ensure our children’s learning environment is always clean.
• Permanent contract available on a part-time basis; you will contribute to keeping all spaces ready for learning and safe for students and staff.
