Job summary

Norse Commercial Services Limited is recruiting a part-time Cleaner for Banks House School in Norwich. The role involves basic cleaning duties, maintaining spaces, and supporting a safe, tidy environment after school hours.

You will work 10 hours per week, 3:30-5:30pm, at a rate of £12.71 per hour. Enthusiasm, reliability, and basic health and safety awareness are valued, with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or caretaking indicating reliability and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of basic site health & safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with clients on-site.
• Confident working independently and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated areas (mop, vacuum, wipe surfaces, empty bins).
• Build strong on-site relationships with the client.
• Carry out routine checks and follow health and safety protocols at all times.
• Report any issues or defects on site to the supervisor.
