Job summary

Marchant Recruitment, on behalf of a school in Enfield, is seeking a reliable Cleaner to help provide a clean and well-maintained learning environment. This part-time role is 12.5 hours per week, with afternoon shifts 15:10–17:40 and morning shifts 05:30–08:00 which may also be considered.

Key duties include cleaning classrooms, offices, corridors, maintaining toilets, disposing waste safely and reporting hazards. Shortlisted applicants will undergo safeguarding checks including an enhanced DBS.

• Clean classrooms, offices, corridors and other allocated areas.

• Replenish consumables and report when supplies are running low.
• Use cleaning products and equipment in line with safety guidance.
• Report any damage, hazards or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
• Leave equipment clean and safely stored after each shift.
