Job summary

Vertas is recruiting a Cleaner for Brookfield Primary School, Mansfield. The role is 14.5 hours per week, Mon–Fri 3.21pm–6.15pm, 38 weeks per year, contributing to high cleaning standards across classrooms and facilities.

You will work as part of the Facilities Team to maintain cleanliness, hygiene and customer service excellence, with DBS checks and Right to Work verification required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Enhanced DBS check is required - if you do not currently hold one, you must be willing to obtain it.
• Great communication skills and experience in similar cleaning setting.
• A team player providing an excellent service across the Vertas Group.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning toilets and washrooms.
• Wiping down tables and surfaces.
• General cleaning duties across classrooms and communal areas.
• Hoovering and mopping floors.
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
