Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Cleaner for a 1-month contract at a school in Hoveton. The role covers cleaning classrooms, toilets and common areas, with shifts 15:30–19:30, Monday to Friday. An Enhanced DBS check is required due to working with children, and the position is onsite.

The ideal candidate will have previous school cleaning experience and knowledge of safe manual handling and safe use of cleaning chemicals.

• Enhanced DBS required (children).
• Previous experience undertaking general cleaning duties, ideally within a school or educational environment.
• Knowledge of safe manual handling and the safe use of cleaning chemicals.

Mansioni

• Carry out routine cleaning of classrooms, toilets, and communal areas.
• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
• Empty litter bins and dispose of waste safely and appropriately.
• Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
