Job description

Atlas FM is recruiting new team members for a Cleaning role at our client’s premises in Bicester. The position is part-time, Monday to Friday, from 16:00 to 18:45, for approximately 43 weeks per year during term time. The hourly rate is £13.00, with pay spread evenly across months, despite the role being less than 52 weeks annually.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high standards of cleaning and customer care on-site.
• Handle cleaning equipment and materials with full training provided.
• Replenish consumables and manage waste and recycling.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet client needs.

About You

You need:

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for cleaning; experience is not essential but a passion for cleanliness is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks.
• Basic spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management.
• Good social skills and a friendly approach.
• The right to work in the UK, with evidence to be provided at interview.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS/enhanced DBS check.
