About The Role

The days and hours: Monday-Friday 15:30 - 18:30 (39 weeks per year/ term time only)

Hourly Rate - £12.21

Location: Reades Lane, Reading, RG4 9LN

Although the role is for less than 52 weeks per year, your pay will be spread out evenly so you receive a payment every month.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing high standards of customer care, adapting to different shift hours.
• Handling site equipment and cleaning materials, with full training provided.
• Replenishing consumables like paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
• Emptying litter bins into waste and recycling containers.
• Ensuring cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintaining health and safety standards, with full training from Atlas.
• Working collaboratively within a team committed to excellence.

About You

• Enthusiastic with a positive attitude; cleaning experience is preferred but not essential if you are eager to learn.
• Able to perform the physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety communication and interaction with the public and management.
• Good social skills with a friendly approach.
• Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
• Willingness to undergo a DBS/enhanced DBS check.
