Job summary

St Paul’s Catholic Primary School in Alnwick is seeking a dedicated School Cleaner to join our site team, ensuring a clean and secure environment for learners while supporting day-to-day maintenance. You will help maintain classrooms and the site to the standard expected by leadership.

The role runs 7.5 hours per week over Monday to Friday, 7am–9am, during term time plus 7 days. The post includes a Living Wage supplement to bring the hourly rate to at least £13.45.

Qualifications

• Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties.
• Ability to manage time effectively to carry out day-to-day operations.
• Awareness of the relevant legislation and guidance in relation to working around children and young people.
